We’re a Texas-based support service helping families and loved ones impacted by incarceration. We offer guidance, emotional support, and practical help navigating the prison system — including understanding paperwork, finding resources, and planning for re-entry.

2. Do you provide legal advice or representation?

No. We are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice or representation. Our role is to support you with information, encouragement, and resources. We’ll always recommend contacting a licensed attorney for any legal needs.

3. Who are your services for?

Anyone with a loved one in jail or prison — whether they’ve just been arrested, are serving time, or getting ready to come home. We understand how confusing and emotional this process can be, and we’re here to walk alongside you.

4. What services do you offer?

Our support includes:

• One-on-one phone or video support sessions

• Help understanding jail or prison policies

• Guidance with communication (letters, phone calls, visitation

• Support locating resources like legal aid or commissary info

• Re-entry planning for when your loved one comes home

5. How are services delivered?

We keep it flexible — services are offered virtually by video call, phone call, or email. So you can get help no matter where you are in Texas on your schedule. You’ll be able to schedule a session or reach out by email to get started.

6. Do you help with cases outside of Texas?

While our focus is on Texas, some of our services — like emotional support and general guidance — can apply elsewhere. Reach out and let us know your situation, and if we can’t help directly, we’ll do our best to connect you with someone who can. We are currently working on expanding our services to other states.

7. How much do your services cost?

We offer a variety of pricing options depending on the level of support you need. We’re also working on flexible payment options, to help make our services accessible and affordable for more families.

Absolutely. Your privacy is very important to us. Everything you share is kept confidential and will never be shared without your consent.
